By accessing or using the services provided by Acquirer.AI ("we", "our", "us"), including any associated applications, software, websites, or integrations (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Acquirer.AI provides AI-powered business tools including but not limited to Voice AI receptionists, Booking AI, Conversation AI, CRM, Workflow Automation, and Reviews AI ("Services"). Services are provided via subscription and/or implementation packages.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. For large-scale or custom implementations, pricing may be negotiated and will be detailed in a separate agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
Some services may include a one-time implementation fee. This includes onboarding, setup, and configuration tailored to your business. The scope of implementation will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to spam, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized data scraping.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Acquirer.AI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Platform. We may process, store, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Acquirer.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notices.
